Due to the nature of custom orders, returns/exchanges are not accepted unless the item was defective or arrives damaged.

Items labeled Hand-Smocked, Hand-Embroidered, or Hand-French Knot are meticulously crafted by hand. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in sizing, spacing and lettering are to be expected and are not considered flaws. All sales of hand-crafted items are FINAL. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued unless a genuine manufacturing defect is present.
